I recently stayed at Lella Baya in a quad room, which featured a double bed and two single beds. The room provided ample wardrobe space, ensuring that everyone had room to hang their clothes. While there were a few markings in the bathtub and sink, the room was cleaned daily, maintaining a good standard of hygiene. Our room offered a stunning sea view, and the spacious balcony was a delightful spot to watch the sunrise each morning—a truly serene way to start the day. The hotel itself exudes a unique medieval, castle-like ambiance that I thoroughly enjoyed. It offers a variety of facilities, including an outdoor pool, a children's pool with small slides, and a heated indoor pool with salt rocks, which seemed to soften the skin. For families, the hotel provides daily entertainment for children, and the animation team was exceptional, engaging both kids and adults in a vibrant, fiesta-like atmosphere. While I found the overall experience enjoyable, the food selection was somewhat limited, which may have been due to it being the end of the season. The staff, though not fluent in English, were friendly and accommodating, managing to communicate effectively despite the language barrier. Arabic and French are their primary languages, so this was understandable. The hotel's location was ideal, situated in the middle of Cathargeland and close to the main strip, where numerous shops and attractions are easily accessible. In summary, Lella Baya offers a clean, unique, and family-friendly environment with fantastic amenities and a convenient location. With slight improvements to the dining options, it would be an even better experience.

We had a good holiday in Lella Baya. Architecture is beautiful and unique. There is really good choice of food including meat, fish, veggies, salads, pasta, cheese and cakes. Very good location near to shop, bars, marina and obviously beach what is just across the road. The main downside was a loud music from next hotel every night untill about 11.30pm. We have 2 small children and they couldn't sleep before music was turn off. Also some members of staff don't speak English at all and only speak French.

The Hotel was amazing food was even better always something new. The sweets like cake, icecream were very good. I loved it. The rooms were cleaned every day it was always clean and smelled good. The Architecture was something diferent i have never seen something like this before. Every day something fun to do mostly at night music stops at 11pm so it's perfect if you wanna sleep. Our plane was late so we came after diner but we still got food. There was always someone by the pool or by the beach to feel safe. When you arive at the beach the people that work there find you a place to sit. Drinks as much as you want.

Lellabaya Hotel and Resort is a beautiful place to stay. The staff are attentive and courteous, and the food is plentiful and varied, catering to a wide range of tastes. However, the experience is let down by the constant, heavy selling from the gift shop and excursion vendors. They can be extremely persistent, to the point where you feel pressured into being blunt, only to be told you’re being rude. “No” doesn’t seem to be accepted as an answer, and prices feel inflated — for example, £10 for a fridge magnet. Some sellers also try to take advantage of Tunisia’s closed currency by confusing visitors with the exchange rate (e.g., 100 TND = £29.99). It’s a lovely resort, but the pushy sales tactics definitely impact the overall enjoyment. Also, bear in mind that all inclusive does not include all alcoholic drinks.
